It is the 4th of July! Amanda and I would like to wish everyone a Happy 4th of July! We love the 4th and enjoy the picnics, parades and fireworks!  We appreciate all the people in the services who are fighting for and protecting our freedom.  We hope you had a wonderful and safe holiday, enjoying America’s birthday!

Happy Fourth of July…

We had some fun with long exposures and sparklers!

And then the fireworks began! (This is my favorite part about July 4th.)

This one is Amanda’s favorite. She popped in as I was writing this post to make sure I told you that.

That last one was my favorite of the night.  We were lucky that the rain that was threatening to cancel our fireworks held off.  To me, it’s just not the 4th of July unless there is a firework show.
